Online Purchases

You may return any item in new or gently used condition for store credit within 14 days of delivery, by mail or in-store. The total of the returned products will be loaded onto a gift card for use in-store. The cost of the return is payable by the customer. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@ashleymcfarlandaesthetics.com with your order number. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a trackable delivery service and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed, and a gift-card will be kept on file for 7 days for in-store use or calling in an order.
